What is LED Light Therapy?

With our Light Emitting Diode (LED), we are providing a non-invasive treatment to penetrate the skin at different depths to treat a variety of skin concerns. This new age therapy has shown results in increasing circulation, killing acne bacteria, decreasing inflammation, decreasing wrinkles, improving skin tone, improving skin texture, easing muscle/ joint pain, and much more! We often use LED light therapy in conjunction with our other services to promote healing and support you during your skin journey. We often recommend our red-light therapy device as it has clinically proven results for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation; however, we use many different wavelengths of light to treat your skin concerns, personalizing your treatment to fit your unique skin concerns.



How are different lights used in the process?

Blue light affects the uppermost layer of your skin commonly used to destroy acne-causing bacteria.
Yellow light penetrates those deeper skin layers.
Red light travels further into your skin and helps with blood circulation while reducing inflammation and stimulates the production of collagen producing younger-looking skin.



How often should you use LED light on your skin?

A course of 6-8 treatments are recommended for LED light therapy to improve your cellular function and be effective long term. A one off treatment will give you an instant glow and supercharge your skin treatment however results are accumulative and need to be performed once or ideally twice a week for optimal results.


